Awesome experience and worth the trip from Cape Cod I had a excellent experience working with both Chris Keehan (sales associate) and Joe Trocha (business manager). I have purchased multiple vehicles ov I had a excellent experience working with both Chris Keehan (sales associate) and Joe Trocha (business manager). I have purchased multiple vehicles over the years from this dealership and have always been treated fairly and with respect. After looking around for months in the area of Cape Cod and surrounding areas, my wife and myself took the drive to Mendon Mass. We walked into the dealership knowing what we wanted and Chris made it happen. It is tough when you walk into a dealership late on a Saturday afternoon but within hours we had made a purchase and was extremely pleased as to how smooth the process was due to Chris and Joe. Keep up the great work guys and I won't wait to come to your dealership first next time for another purchase! More

Ford Escape purchase I had been to a few different dealerships, I did not have a pleasant experience with my search until I walked into the Imperial Ford showroom. I was greeted by Chris Meehan and told him I had seen several SUV's I was interested in seeing. Chris immediately found the cars I was interested in on the lot in Mendon. He asked questions to ensure the car I was looking for would fit my needs. Chris was knowledgeable with all the features the vehicle had. I found an Escape I liked and was able to purchase the vehicle with the help of Joe Trocha. Joe was able to go over all the financing and warranty information with me and put my mind at ease. More

First newer car since 2004 WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP LOOKING FOR A CAR FOR MY WIFE. THEY HAD A VERY LARGE SELECTION OF NEW & USED. SHE CHOSE A 2015 EDGE. THE SALESMAN & THE FINANCE WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP LOOKING FOR A CAR FOR MY WIFE. THEY HAD A VERY LARGE SELECTION OF NEW & USED. SHE CHOSE A 2015 EDGE. THE SALESMAN & THE FINANCE MGR WERE VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH. SHE HAS HAD THE CAR FOR ONE WEEK SO FAR EVERYTHING HAS BEEN GOOD. MY WIFE IS IN SALES SO SHE DRIVE A LOT 437 MILES THIS WEEK ALONE. WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE VEHICLE SO FAR. I WOULD SHOP FOR A CAR HERE AGAIN WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT. More
