I grew up in Johnson County Kansas. I went to Johnson County Community College. I decided to get into the car business I started working for Rob Sight Ford Lincoln in October 1997. I enjoy working here because of the laid back atmosphere and the employees that I get to work with on a day to day basis. I enjoy watching sports, Football and Nascar are my favorite.

My experience at the Rob Sight (Service Center) over the past three years has always been excellent. The people there are always friendly and responsive to my needs and requests. If I have needed a ride to past three years has always been excellent. The people there are always friendly and responsive to my needs and requests. If I have needed a ride to and from work while my car is being serviced--they come through. My most recent visit was an unscheduled one. I was taken care of quickly and back on my way with peace of mind the repair was done right. Each of the Sales Managers I've worked with fully explains the required service (before and after) and what the cost will be. I live in another city with a Ford/Lincoln dealership and have not had the same positive experience with that service center; so I now only take my business to the Rob Sight location where I know I can trust their word and work. I came in on a Saturday to get my sun roof closed on my King Ranch. After finding out from Dave, the price I decided to trade for a new f-150. Reasons "Quality of Work" received rating of "good" vs "great": (1) oil change reminder not reset by servicer. (2) "date of next service" sticker states 02-30-11. Would recommend reprogramming or replacing equipment that would calculate/print an invalid date and invalid year. Gives the appearance of a lack of attention to detail. The associates at this dealership have been very friendly we came for service but, have also been interested in trading cars next Aug. What really impressed us was the saleman knowing that we were not read we came for service but, have also been interested in trading cars next Aug. I have dealt with Dave Bryant in the service department for 10 to 15 years and found him to be completely helpful and reliable. Over the years (I am 74) I have had the misfortune to experience indifferent for 10 to 15 years and found him to be completely helpful and reliable. Over the years (I am 74) I have had the misfortune to experience indifferent treatment and outright lying by people at other dealerships, but, from day one at Bob Sight, I have experienced nothing but a high degree of customer service and honesty. I have never had the feeling I was being charged for something I didn't need. I live in an area that abounds with pricy foreign cars and their owners have told me horror stories about the cost of just routine periodic service at those dealers. When I tell them how reasonable the cost of same on my Lincoln is, they cant believe it. I attribute that to an honest dealership with good people, namely Rob Sight. Buy American! More

My car purchase and service experience is always positive. I cannot imagine dealing with any other dealership or personnel other than Randy, Rich and Dave when my vehicle needs are involved. I have referred at least 5 friends to the dealership that have purchased vehicles and had great experiences during those purchases.
