From the moment I met Michelle on the phone, until we hugged good bye as I was getting ready to drive away in my new 2019 Edge, there was not a moment where I found myself unhappy. One of your sales managers, Bill Buckner< was a bit SURLY when it came to the latter stages of trade bargaining, he glared at me rather harshly and talked down to me like I knew nothing about trading vehicle and the pricing of vehicles. Then when he checked with another person he came back and said you have a deal TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT today or not at all!
