With our Ford discount and the features that this SUV had that the Highlander didn't, I was sold. It had better visibility than the Highlander in the rear & lumbar for long trips. I only hope this Edge is as reliable as my Venza. Since my husband is blind, the staff was excellent in treating him with respect as well. Thank you all for the extra care you gave us in the sale of our new ride, Since I make all the decisions now in big purchases, I have put off buying a new vehicle because I did not want to take time to through the hassle of changing vehicles. Outstanding Service! From my first call to the dealer inquiring about the call, I knew I was goi g to do business with them and buy this beautiful car. I live in CA and they treated me as if I was family and lived next door. The center of my relationship with Nick Nicholas Ford was my sales representative, Rex Adair. Because I didn’t visit the dealer (opposite coast) Rex became my eyes and ears and guided me through the process throgh numerous phone calls. He took extra photos and videos for me (he offered I did not have to ask) and ultimately we consummated the deal and the car is nestled in my garage in CA. Rex worked with my transporter and made sure all went smoothly. He kept in contact with me as the car made its way west to CA. The Shelby was exactly as described and advertised and I couldn’t be happier about my purchase. It’s a little more complex a transaction to conduct an out of state purchase-Nick Nicholas Ford from sales negotiations to delivery far exceeded my expectation. If you are looking for a car and it happens to be at this dealership, give them the opportunity to earn your business-you will be happy you did! That being, I asked for an alignment check. Placing the vehicle on the alignment machine and checking, alignment if needed. I was told a salesmen took it for a ride and its fine. Thats not quite what I asked for and was told would be done. I would like to state again Kim was great. I guess it would be a used car manager Im not happy with. More
