Dave started his tenure at Harbro years ago as a salesman. He quickly learned that as much fun as it was to sell cars, it was even more fun to buy them. He now spends his days traveling New England (and most of the eastern time zone) to track down your dream car. I wanted to write a review about this dealership because I was very impressed with every aspect of my purchase experience. The salesman, Dave Curini was amazing! No pressure at all! He went above and beyond I was very impressed with every aspect of my purchase experience. The salesman, Dave Curini was amazing! No pressure at all! He went above and beyond to find the exact car that I wanted (searched as far as Florida) and was able to find financing for me with no money down. I don't have the best credit right now and he did not give up on finding me the best bank loan that he could. Everyone there made me feel important. When I had concerns about the car's condition, they checked every little detail to assure that there was nothing wrong with the car. They are even giving me new tires! They also make customers feel that they can count on Harbro for service, support and anything that may go wrong. I have never in my years had such a pleasent experience with a car dealership. It was so different. It seemed like they were one big family! Customer satisfaction was there number one goal. I was very impressed and will go back to them for future purchases and services. I have been purchasing vehicles for 36 years, I have never had a more personable and outstanding experience purchasing a car. Stephanie Hayeck was my sales person. She is without a doubt a true breath o never had a more personable and outstanding experience purchasing a car. Stephanie Hayeck was my sales person. She is without a doubt a true breath of fresh air in the industry, we need many more Stephanies in dealerships. Her compassion, care, and communication made me, for the first time in my life, walk away from a car purchase feeling awesome, not apprehensive and nervous. And Dave and Mike showed me something I've never seen before, that a car dealership can really deeply care about its customers. This dealership is truly one of a kind. wow have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car. they worked to get us a car in the payment range and time frame that we needed without trying to go over. Pleasant,polite and hassle free. The day after buying the car my husband hit a pot hole and had a flat tire one of Harbros employees saw the car on the side of the road they called my husbands, they came to him helped put on the spare, had him go back to the dealer checked out the tire replaced it with a new one offered him lunch while he waited all at no charge. Thats above and beyond! More
