I have purchased several vehicles from Flammer Ford and have been completely satisfied. I went in yesterday to see if they had a vehicle large enough to hold our 2 Catrike 3 wheel bikes. We even took them have been completely satisfied. I went in yesterday to see if they had a vehicle large enough to hold our 2 Catrike 3 wheel bikes. We even took them to the dealership and were allowed to put them in an Explorer with the 2nd & third row seats folded down. They fit perfectly. We purchased that vehicle and had it the same day! On the service side, Todd Scott is very helpful and accommodating to getting my vehicle in for service. Todd always keeps me updated on the status of the repairs and cost. Service Tech Ryan is a wealth of knowledge and you will leave knowing the work was completed accurately and with the highest integrity and professionalism. In closing, I will say that the management team is unlike any other that I have experienced at a car dealership. As a customer you are family and they have backed that sentiment up with action in my case to make things right. As a return customer, I feel very much appreciated for my business.
