Love my service writer but can't stand the service department. We have been purchasing our vehicles for years from Flammer and using them for all maintenance. I have lost faith in the shop now. Took our truck in for "The Works" says tire rotation included, states on reciept that it was done, I have proof it was not. Made an appointment for our car for recall and new set of wipers, was told that they didn't know about the wipers but reciept says they checked the wipers and gave a green mark, took a video of my wipers doing horrible on driver side as soon as I got my vehicle back, not sure how it was given a green check mark. Trust is broken. More
