Ms. Rivers, To call us horrible individuals is completely incorrect and certainly not fair to my team. They are all outstanding individuals and do an excellent job each and every day. As far as bringing family members into your frustrations….. that is completely uncalled for. Sorry your visit was not up to your expectations. The ONLY mistake Dave made was related to the shuttle. It was an honest mistake since our shuttle has not been running every week due to staffing. Not intentional at all, just a mistake. Our current 3 month rolling CSI score is 987 out of 1000, which indicates we are not as horrible as you make us out to be. I would prefer going forward that you service your vehicle at another service center, as my team does an outstanding job and they certainly do not deserve this review.
