Service Dept was good and real friendly but kept finding things wrong with the car I just purchased used from them 5000 miles earlier. Horrible experience to say the least. Took in my 2019 Murano for splash guard repair. Manager David told me that they did not have shuttle services due to the Covid-19 and that he could only have one Cus Murano for splash guard repair. Manager David told me that they did not have shuttle services due to the Covid-19 and that he could only have one Customer inside at a time. I was wearing my mask and he “manager” was not. All the talk about precaution he himself wasn’t even wearing masks etc. I had to walk in the rain and it was extremely cold! Than, I had to UBER my way back to pick up my vehicle as it started pouring rain and was windy so I could not walk back. Sent an email to Jeff Zapp the “Boss” about my horrible experience and all he did was made an excuse for David. No apology was given just excuses. I will never ever go back as I will share my horrible and LACK of customer service experience to everyone I know! The sad part...Jeff Zapp state’s that they did have Shuttle services after all and the manager David was wrong. Still NO apology at all. You guys are horrible and you preselect whom you want to wait in the building and who you want to use your so call “precautions speech” to. Karma will come for you! I certainly hope your mothers, daughters, nieces doesn’t ever experience this type of callous treatment at your dealership. My husband and I both are in the medical field as we traveled here to Madison And I am so disgusted with my first experience with you all. So sad and so unprofessional. I have been in the Nissan family for many years, I have also traveled to different states and NEVER have I had to deal with such horrible individuals. More
