We bought our new car from Sam. This is our Fifth Cadillac we have bought over the years. This was our first at Val Ward. We have used Val Ward for service. He is one of the reason we purchased a new car from Val Ward. Sam is awesome and explained everything. Besides being late he made up for that and stayed over and spent a lot of time with us. Lisa Bronson was awesome also. She was a delight. Only hiccup we had was we had a 3:00 PM appointment with Sam to buy the car. We arrived at 2:55 PM and was told that Sam would be late he was delivering a car. Jose Villar told us he would be late. He did not treat us like a new customer buying a new car. Kind of took the fun out of our special day. He just told us we would have to wait. Told him we were buying a new car and trading a car in and needed something to be scraped off the car and could they do that while we wait. He said Sam will do it when he gets there. Did not seemed to care at all about us being new Cadillac customers. Dealership I have used before accepted and treated us as family when we bought our first car. None of that from Jose. We were offered nothing from him. We were blown away that how he runs the front display showroom. We went and found two chairs and sat down to wait. My wife could not believe how we were treated or not appreciated. We do understand people get busy but for management not to acknowledge that we were new customers we felt not welcomed or appreciated! Giving Sam and Lisa and Dave 5 stars. I would give Jose Villar 0 stars! You need to treat people with respect and even if your having a bad day fake it and I should never have to be telling that this ever happened. More

Mr. Julio provided the ultimate experience from start to finish, Very aware of the Cadillac product. You sold me a 3 yr old Cadillac w a bad battery which I had to replace for $550 in Maine last summer & tires that weren’t safe. Thx for replacing the tires for no charge.
