David was excellent to my father and I. He was patient and worked with us to find a truck that my dad liked. He wasn’t pushy and was very helpful. Oil Changes I am always very impressed by the waiting area and comfortable space to relax while we wait. People are friendly, seem to work with purpose, take time to say hello and smile, You can't see their smiles right now but you see there eyes smile and cheeks go up. LOLOL. Dave Munkelt is my favorite person. Always takes time to share what's new in the sales area and asks how we are doing. Great to see! More

Unfortunately a Classic car buying experience. All about $. But still feel a somewhat fair deal. Kia itself needs to remove the application for finance from their website, since all it is is a scam to get $. But still feel a somewhat fair deal. Kia itself needs to remove the application for finance from their website, since all it is is a scam to get your info forwarded to the local dealer. Then you go through the whole process again and get two hard inquiries on your credit. Also the games with financing and incentives really just xxxx me off. In a terrible situation like we are all in, that extra dollar is all that matters. Never for the consumer....only for the shareholder. Beautiful dealership, but you know as a customer that you are helping pay for it. More

My most recent purchase My experience at Columbia Ford was nothing but exceptional. I have purchased 3 other vehicles from other dealers in the past. My most recent purchase at Columbia Ford was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Dave Munkelt was professional and answered every question, yet kept the atmosphere fun and stress-free. The car I wanted was originally in Maine. Dave was able to get the car for me earlier than anticipated. Jimmie and Jake were also great and made buying the car a breeze. They worked out numbers depending on my questions regarding financing, money down, etc. The whole team was phenomenal. I will definitely be purchasing a vehicle from this team again. More
