Worked with Dave Novik and. ..wait for it... completely ONLINE. That's right. We never met in person. But after shopping around for a bit and meeting all sorts of dealers, you s ..wait for it... completely ONLINE. That's right. We never met in person. But after shopping around for a bit and meeting all sorts of dealers, you start to appreciate the ones who go up and beyond and fit your communication style. My job is super fast pace so I have very limited time to answer phone calls, Dave and I spoke once over the phone and switched over to E-mail exchange. And in comparison to other dealers, Dave was the most responsive, knows his Vehicles and I loved the vibe that he wasn't trying to "sell" me a car, instead he was helping me find the right vehicle that I would be happy for the years to come.
