Made what is generally a difficult task, quite enjoyable. This is my 3rd Subaru-my 2nd from Garavel. He knew his "stuff", quickly grasped what I was looking for and did not waste a moment of each other's time trying to "steer " me (pardon the pun) in to anything other than what I was looking for. Incredible dealership experience! My wife and I just picked up our new 2020 Forester. This was our first Subaru and we know how reliable they are so we knew that we were getting a grea My wife and I just picked up our new 2020 Forester. This was our first Subaru and we know how reliable they are so we knew that we were getting a great car. What we didn't expect was that we were walking into the best dealership experience we have ever had. Dave was so incredibly helpful. We showed up at the dealership on a Friday at 5pm and stayed with us for 2 hours going over paperwork, explaining the car manuals and what is the important stuff to comb through. On top of all of this, he spent almost an hour with us in the car showing us all of the features, how to turn them on and off, what each button does, etc. As a reminder, this was all on a Friday night in August. Can't stress this enough but this was such a positive experience. Looking forward to the lease ending and we can work with Dave and co again! More
