We had a lease coming due on our 2017 outback. Elena helped me set up an appointment even though they were about to close (I misread hours online). She was very knowledgeable and gave me a great car recommendation based on my previous driving experience and preferences. Dave spent an entire day doing an extremely thorough job helping me: pick out a car, value my trade-in, learning how to use the features in my new car, etc. It was a sweltering hot day but Dave patiently stood outside with me teaching me how to use the various functions. Fumi was very thorough and knowledgeable, helping us get through the hefty paperwork and purchase any necessary insurance and warrantees. Everyone at the office was warm and personable. I felt treated like family and I won’t hesitate to recommend Garavel Subaru to others. More
