We came from Indiana and had a small window. of time. He made sure to explain how to operate the car, and even had us do a test drive with him —everything is so computerized that we were clueless. We were like kids at Christmas. Just a delightful experience. Tim handled the final paperwork and could not have been nicer. Just a great experience. More
