Sullivan gave us a very fair trade-in value for our truck, and took care of paying off our loan, registration, and even called our insurance agent. Tim in finance was very thorough. Initial contact was a text on a Saturday morning. The response was simply amazing - texting turned into "no pressure" call. The attitude throughout was "how can I help you". We received a purchase price that never changed - they told us what to bring and we drove home in our new car Saturday afternoon. The whole experience was actually fun. Our salesperson, Dave Paolino, was so easy to work with and only interested in our satisfaction - really! Completely reviewed the new car with us in simple terms, and then provided every way imaginable to contact him for "anything". It doesn't get any easier !! I emailed a few local Honda dealers asking for a quote for a HR-V for my daughter. She had selected a model, color and accessories. David Paolino ans I emailed a few local Honda dealers asking for a quote for a HR-V for my daughter. She had selected a model, color and accessories. David Paolino answered my email with a price for the exact car my daughter had selected. The price was good so I emailed again asking if there were any hidden costs or surprises I might expect if I were to move forward with the purchase. David responded with a no - the price in the quote was the out the door price for the car. I told him "let's deal". David took care of everything: obtaining financing for me (better than what I had secured thru my local bank), getting an insurance card from my insurance company and getting all documentation pertaining to the purchase completed. I showed up couple days later and had the car in my hands in 20 minutes or so. The completion of the documentation that is generally accompanied by pressure to buy one package or extra features or protections for one thing or another was totally devoid of pressure. I have purchased over 30 cars n my life (between family and business) and this was an extraordinary experience ... just as easy as walking into a store to buy a shirt or pair of shoes. My congratulations to David and Sullivan Honda for making the process so buyer friendly. More
