Quick and complete. Was in the market for a new car. Stopped at Sullivan first and had intentions of going other places but there was not a need. I found the car I was Was in the market for a new car. Stopped at Sullivan first and had intentions of going other places but there was not a need. I found the car I was looking for and they worked with me on the price. I was not at the dealership for a long time and the process was explained to me thoroughly and went pretty smooth. My overall experience was good and speedy. The main part being that with having a fast paced life the whole process went quick. The vehicle I purchased had a few minor scratches but nothing major. If I am in the market for a car again, I will check here. You are the customer and you have the power. If the dealership doesn't make you feel satisfied, get up and leave. I felt satisfied at Sullivan and recommend at least checking here before anywhere else. More

Negotiated the price over the phone as we were one hour away plus new car. When we showed up to look at the car and then while signing the contract, it was exactly what Dave quoted over the phone. No dealer additions or surprise fees. We don't get to see such honest car dealers these days. It was more like interacting with a family member, than a car sales person. Appreciate Dave's honesty and personable character. Even though Sullivan is hour away for me, because of this great experience, planning to travel here for all service needs. Thank you Dave and Sullivan Honda for providing a safe, honest and stress free environment to purchase cars. Recommending to every one and give them a try, you are not going to be disappointed. More

Amazing service and sales I was towards the end of my lease and received a call from Dave Paolino. Since the first contact with him it was an amazing and efficient experience! Cordial sales, no pressure, speedy process. I had never purchased a car from a dealer, as I typically hunt on Craigslist until I find what I'm looking for, but in this case I wanted a specific I had never purchased a car from a dealer, as I typically hunt on Craigslist until I find what I'm looking for, but in this case I wanted a specific model, specific year, manual shift, so I did an online search and found a few dealers within driving range of central MA with the model and year I wanted, and Sullivan seemed to have the best price so I drove out the hour and a half to Torrington, took it for a ride with Dave, noted that it was certified and so had a year of warranty, asked them for their best price, they took my 15-year-old Echo with failing exhaust and 210,000 miles off my hands and gave me something for it as a trade-in; the dealership handled MA registration and sales tax and I gave them a check and drove back to MA before noon with the sharp little Honda Fit. More

Dave also worked with us on the price of the vehicle and made sure we were not only satisfied with the final cost, but also our understanding of the entire deal and vehicle itself. Tim and Dave worked quickly and with professional courtesy to complete all of our trade-in and DMV paperwork. Dave made us feel incredibly comfortable throughout this new car buying process.
