I reached out through online websites- cargurus and the dealers website and did not receive any contact. I called the dealer and worked with Lynn. This was frustrating as I’ve dealt with many hungry dealer dealers website and did not receive any contact. I called the dealer and worked with Lynn. This was frustrating as I’ve dealt with many hungry dealers, and I felt as though I had to beg to get service. I found it hard to work with Lynn. I preferred to work via text, and he wanted all our conversations to be over the phone. It took several days to get a written quote. He said the only way he could get me the CarFax was via fax. I didn’t understand this. He took photos of it and sent it to me via text. Some of the pages were unreadable. He said that there were 2 keys, I only received 1. He said he would have the new car delivered with a tank of gas, I received it on empty. It’s the little things. Overall, I didn‘t enjoy working with Lynn. I did work appreciate the service I received from David in financing - he was outstanding and very helpful. More
