My husband took my car in because a piece of plastic underneath the front bumper was hanging down on one side. The service advisor had my husband show him the problem. He said to my husband, just let me have someone take a look at it, but it looks like the screw just came loose. Within 15 minutes, the car was repaired at no charge and my husband was on the way home. We have no doubt that even though it was a simple fix other places would’ve charged us something. Thank you Chris, for your honesty, integrity and service . We highly recommend Larson Ford! More
