Joe Mazola was awesome, he greeted us with a smile and helped us through the whole process. The best thing is that he spoke Spanish too so that made my parents who were tagging along feel welcome. He show us all the vehicles that we might be interested and knew his stuff. Took us out for a test drive and explained all the cool features of the car. When we got back he offered us some water and coffee got some extra chairs for my parents. The process was awesome and we didn't feel pressured at all. The whole process was easy and welcoming from the first meet to the final paper work with Dave. Dave was also really welcoming and friendly which made the financing easy and easy to understand. He made everything possible to give us the best deal. If you plan to come here make sure to ask for J. R. Joe Mazola. Awesome guy and great customer service. I immediately let him know that I had a lot of questions and we were waiting for an insurance settlement so I was not interested in high pressure sales. Jesse treated me well and answered all of my questions. I went back with my daughter to drive the car and decided to purchase it.
