I do want to reveal one uncomfortable moment, though. As I was filling out my paperwork I was required to give my SS number because a background check is now required by Homeland Security. Even though I paid cash and am a woman in my sixties as well as born in America.....suddenly I could be a threat to my country? I was very uncomfortable with this as I know illegal immigrants are not required to give any info upon entering our country. I believe my rights were violated and everyone should stand up against this invasion of privacy! More

When I arrived I was met by Jesse Broadway, my scheduled sales rep, and together we started to put together my ideal vehicle. Jesse was professional, honest, and upfront about the vehicles I test drove. He did not pressure me into making any decisions, or push a car on me that didn't match what I was looking for. When I made my decision on a 2015 Jeep Patriot Sport, Jesse took care of everything. When I was in finance with Dave Sambad he calmly and professionally explained every step and every piece of paper that needed signing. Cracking jokes and dealing with Dave was the cherry on top of my experience with Manly. I was very happy with the customer service that I received and can see myself being a customer of Manly Honda for years to come. More

After Julie was done she presented us to Dave Sambad in financing to complete the paper work, which there was a difference in financing from what Julie had told us, but Dave did straighten everything out in the end and made good to what was discussed with Julie. Dave too was very patient and knowledgeable, answered questions with straight answers, didn't fell like we got the "run around" from either Julie or Dave. We would recommend Manly Automotive to anyone looking for a car, they do take pride in honoring the family name. More

Worst auto buying experience I have ever had. This was my first experience in replacing a leased vehicle and I unfortunately did not research on the Honda website as I should have. I had expected the dealer visit would be a broad learning experience. I asked for what alternative return procedures I had. I asked for comparison of what I thought were different alternatives. I got one answer; not any comparisons .The presentation materials (Honda's poor doing) were pretty bad especially in terms of colors. Dylan's salesmanship was almost non-existent and he was replaced with Hawaii Mike the high pressure closer. After being given a total cost a push was made by Dave order prepping person) to sell me some extra stuff. After 3 hours I left with no paper work confirming color or what I had ordered. After then looking at the Honda Web it seems what I thought I had ordered was not so. Also there were substantial pricing disconnects. This resulted in verbal jousting and phony claims when I came to pick up the car. I did take delivery of the ordered car even though the pricing differences were watered over; was given minimal guidance on all of its various controls and will probably never use all the functions I paid for. My big mistake was not walking out after the first half hour at the dealership. Not sure I met with Brian. More
