I contacted the three Subaru dealers in St. Louis and compared their prices and offers. They weren't all that far apart. But Dave Smith was by far the most interested in talking with me and addressing al compared their prices and offers. They weren't all that far apart. Dave Smith was outgoing, sensitive to my likes and dislikes, quick to get the deal done, and took time to explain the many functions of my new Forester. He event set up the MySubaru and Starlink apps for me and connected them to my phone and vehicle. The only reason I gave the dealership 4 stars instead of 5 is because I have difficulty backing my vehicle out of the car wash and would really appreciate it if someone from the dealership was able to do that for me! Bought a 2021 Forester Touring Subaru from Dave Smith at Dean Team in Ballwin in January. Took me forever to decide on color. Dave was SO PATIENT!! I went to dealership many times and he showed me every Dean Team in Ballwin in January. Took me forever to decide on color. Dave was SO PATIENT!! I went to dealership many times and he showed me every color combination possible. He answered all my questions with knowledge and kindness, and is still helping me get my Forester set up the way I want it. My indecision created a very long process, but we were both very happy when the deed was finally done. I truly have a car I enjoy, and Dave finally made the well earned sale. I've already referred him to help another undecided lady I met. YOU GO DAVE!!!
