My experience with BMW of Silver Spring is mixed. While my sales person David S. was excellent, very knowledgeable and made the process easy, the financing team was most difficult to deal with. The finance guy Steve was not the best to work with, he kept reminding us about how much money they are losing on the new car when in fact this is not the responsibility of them. I guess he just cannot take off the sales person hat. For some strange reason, the finance team was responsible for my trade, asked for a CarMax match, they gave us $2k less than what I have printed. They also tried to jack to finance rate. Overall, sales person great but NOT the finance person. More
