I have been with the BMW for about 18 years continually. This is not a job I do on my way to something else in life. I truly care that you have good information to make the best decision for you and your family. Personally, I ride a motorcycle (a BMW of course), a dog guy (I have a Giant Schnauzer, German Shepherd Dog and a Chihuahua Mix) and if you get me talking about them you will have to force me to stop. I stopped by for scheduled maintenance. Wait time was minimal and the work was performed in a timely manner. Was also able to stop in and see David to discuss our upcoming lease termination and what options we will have in the purchase or lease of a new vehicle. David has been our friend and salesman for over 12 years. He does an awesome job in assisting us when we are in the market for new vehicles. BMW Silver Spring is the best dealership we have ever worked with and we intend to remain their customers for the foreseeable future. More

David Strassman was great! He helped us select the right BMW and went through all of the options thoroughly. Since we are doing Performance Center pickup, he was very proactive He helped us select the right BMW and went through all of the options thoroughly. Since we are doing Performance Center pickup, he was very proactive in getting us the reserved date that we desired and kept in constant contact through the whole process. I bought my previous BMW from David and will do so again. More

Ordered my new X3 with Dave Strassman. It was a Great experience, he went over all the available options. He explained each one in detail so I was able to order the car I wanted. My X3 arr It was a Great experience, he went over all the available options. He explained each one in detail so I was able to order the car I wanted. My X3 arrived sooner than expected, it's beautiful everything I wanted. Dave went over all the technical stuff in the car. He made me feel confident if I had any questions after delivery, he'll be available to answer them. Gen Awanohara did my financing, it was quick and painless. Based on my driving history he was able to make some great suggestions on additional features I may be interested in. He took. the time to explain the benefits of each one. Both gentleman were extremely helpful. It was the last Saturday and last day of the month (a very busy day) and neither gentleman made me feel rushed. Lastly as a woman walking into a dealership you are never sure what to expect. Dave and Gen were extremely respectful. More
