We’ve now owned three BMWs, and I can honestly say dealing with Silver Spring was the best helpful processing the refund for my wheel/tire warranty. We’ve now owned three BMWs, and I can honestly say dealing with Silver Spring was the best of all of our experiences, for both sales, service, and owner support. I sold my last BMW because it had telematics issues that couldn’t be resolved, and at the same time the used car market was just too good to pass up selling it. But when we trade my husband’s, or when I’m ready to buy another, the trip to Silver Spring is definitely worth it. More

I immediately asked for the full pitch on why the BMW X3 was superior to the other options we mentioned and he started by asking what I want out of a car and tied his pitch to everything I mentioned. He even suggested features that I wasn't previously considering and told us what things we could do without to take advantage of the best possible car for us. Dave is also extremely personable and took the time to get to know us and build a relationship, which made the purchasing experience feel 100x better than when we bought our last car at a different dealership. Overall, we were presented with a value proposition without the pressure and aggressive sales tactics that we find to be a huge turnoff. If you are looking for a trusted advisor over pressure tactics, Dave is your man. More
