He made me feel confident if I had any questions after delivery, he'll be available to answer them. Gen Awanohara did my financing, it was quick and painless. Based on my driving history he was able to make some great suggestions on additional features I may be interested in. He took. the time to explain the benefits of each one. Both gentleman were extremely helpful. It was the last Saturday and last day of the month (a very busy day) and neither gentleman made me feel rushed. Lastly as a woman walking into a dealership you are never sure what to expect. Dave and Gen were extremely respectful. More

We’ve now owned three BMWs, and I can honestly say dealing with Silver Spring was the best helpful processing the refund for my wheel/tire warranty. We’ve now owned three BMWs, and I can honestly say dealing with Silver Spring was the best of all of our experiences, for both sales, service, and owner support. I sold my last BMW because it had telematics issues that couldn’t be resolved, and at the same time the used car market was just too good to pass up selling it. But when we trade my husband’s, or when I’m ready to buy another, the trip to Silver Spring is definitely worth it. More

He even suggested features that I wasn't previously considering and told us what things we could do without to take advantage of the best possible car for us. Dave is also extremely personable and took the time to get to know us and build a relationship, which made the purchasing experience feel 100x better than when we bought our last car at a different dealership. Overall, we were presented with a value proposition without the pressure and aggressive sales tactics that we find to be a huge turnoff.
