I made an appointment on Monday 3/3 for a recall that was on Friday 3/7 at 8:30. When I arrived for the appointment I was told that I missed the appointment on Thursday and so I may not be seen. After the on Friday 3/7 at 8:30. When I arrived for the appointment I was told that I missed the appointment on Thursday and so I may not be seen. After the representative checked, I was able to be seen. I was made to feel like I made the mistake on scheduling and was treated poorly. Please check the call log from Monday to see that I was told the appointment was on Friday, also train representatives to be more understanding that the mistake may not have been made by the customer. More
