Mason and David are absolutely amazing. I have always been hesitant when dealing with sales (for the general known reasons); however, these two have helped me to change my mind on that. Not once did I feel like they were just trying to push something on us. Mason continued to ask us questions about what we liked, didn't like after each vehicle until he finally found one that we absolutely loved. Not once did he make us feel unreasonable, or feel like we were a pain. The entire time it was about what WE wanted and what he could do to make it happen. David A. helped us in this, as I specifically requested him due to a past experience at another dealership where he sold me my truck. David was also very straight forward and understanding and worked with David to ensure we found something we wanted. The kicker: They did all this just minutes before closing as we came in late in the afternoon on a Saturday after dealing with another dealership almost 40 miles away which left us feeling like we definitely didn't want to deal with "another sales person". I'm extremely glad we gave Lugoff Chevy, Mason, and David a try. It was the right choice. Only complaint: Pricing (I know, shocker right?) I definitely recommend talking to Mason or David A when looking for a vehicle. They will make sure you get exactly what you like. More

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who is not local. After purchasing a vehicle and living almost 3 hours away I could not get the salesman, sales manager, and service manager to return my ca not local. If I could go back I would definitely have not made this purchase from this dealership. I do not feel that the individuals that I worked with were honest with me. Unfortunately, this purchase is costing me more money and time than it is worth. Maybe a local person would have received better service if you were able to show up in person verses phone calls.
