I was told missing emblems would be replaced after purchase, no response back on them. I showed them chipped paint on rims from a tire replacement, no response back. It took them 6 hours to get me out of the door with my car which I had picked out and negotiated within one hour of arriving. I was told during my wait my car was being detailed and gassed up. I’m very please with my salesman and the way that he was trying to be fair with my purchase. He would be a great supervisor or manager. Awesome people skills and motivated to please the customer. However the manager has cost the company a customer. Cause of a tire that he could have thrown in the deal. Nothing new or fancy. Just one that’s not slick like the one I showed my salesman. 3 like new tires and one slick tire. Not happy about that. But I’m going to buy my own used tire for the truck. Hopefully he will change the things that are gonna end up effectively causing the company to get repeated customers and or referrals from customers.
