Beware of this dealership!! I tried to buy a new, 2022 GMC 2500 AT4 and they tried to add $5,995 worth of upfits to the sticker price. This included wheel locks, floor mats, tailgate sensor and 3 years of GMC 2500 AT4 and they tried to add $5,995 worth of upfits to the sticker price. This included wheel locks, floor mats, tailgate sensor and 3 years of free local car washes. The upfit is supposed to be optional. I tried to decline the upfit and was rudely told by David Acevedo that the general manager would not take it off the sale price and they had other customers who would pay for it. I will take my business to another dealership that appreciates their customers. More

Trevor, I am currently working with another dealership, Liberty Buick, in Matthews, SC to purchase the same truck without the $5995.00 upfit. I would like to reaffirm that David Acevedo did ask the sales manager to delete the upfit from the sale price but it was the sales manager, not David, who declined that option. I worked in steel sales for 47 years and always took great care of my customers. I never tried to sell a customer something they didn't need or tell them somebody else would pay for it.
