Had new headlights installed. Headlights were not aligned. First night of driving indicated low beams aluminated +- 25 feet ahead on road. I found an automotive store that had an alignment board and had headlights adjusted correctly. Additionally, when preparing to leave, noticed a white paint streak on the right rear fender fairing. Your Service manager advised of this. Somewhere one of your customers has a red paint streak on their car. Streak has been polished out. I had deleted previous survey attempts so someone in the dealership should get some recognition for being persistent. More

Sales was absolutely fantastic to deal with especially Greg! Service on the other hand has been a joke since we bought our jeep. We are about to come up on 1 year of ownership of the jeep and still have n Greg! Service on the other hand has been a joke since we bought our jeep. We are about to come up on 1 year of ownership of the jeep and still have not gotten the super poly steel put on. Any time we make an appointment it gets rescheduled. We have just given up with service and are paying for the protection of the super poly steel but have cut our losses on getting it put on the car. I will definitely deal with sales at Lawton Cjdr but will NEVER use the service department anymore. More
