Overall a good experience. I think Jason needs a little more training in dealing with customers. He said the "remaining oil life" indicates amount of oil remaining in crank case I think Jason needs a little more training in dealing with customers. He said the "remaining oil life" indicates amount of oil remaining in crank case. I have read several articles saying the onboarding computer also measures such things as is viscosity, and is a way to gauge oil life remaining no matter how long between oil changes. He might try this with a female customer but not with someone who has worked in dealerships. Check with Paul in parts, wrap go way back! Other than that it was a very good visit. More

2013 Ford Explorer Went in to purchase a Ford Explorer. Got the trade value I wanted for my truck. Bought the Explorer. David Baeza was great, friendly. Sales manager John was friendly and professional as well. Car was ready the next day as promised. The only point of opportunity in my experience was in the finance office with Chris. Left a lot to be desired but if you pay attention to all the paperwork and details for your situation it should be fine. I will note our disagreement was resolved to my satisfaction. Don’t hesitate to shop here. See David and John and you’ll be fine. Overall better experience than other dealers I visited. More
