Poor attitude by service man that is assigned to me. He changed his time to call and advise me if my vehicle would be ready. I had said”so you will call either way (referring to the car being ready that day or the following) he said ok. Next day it was ready and haven’t had any problem. I truly didn’t want to answer your email as I have had such good luck with almost everyone in the front of the building, including upstairs. Also, Beverly in service has been outstanding! Since Tom retired the dealership has really taken a step down. Last year we had a transmission problem with the car, which makes me wonder why we got what we were told was the last Caddy they were getting “certified “.
