David was extremely rude and condescending, and he was not helpful during either drop-off or pickup. When I asked what was found during the brake inspection, he replied, “Someone is slamming on the brake, not helpful during either drop-off or pickup. When I asked what was found during the brake inspection, he replied, “Someone is slamming on the brake,” without offering any real explanation or assistance. We had just changed the brakes in February, and one side of the rotor was completely gone while the other side was fine, yet he showed no concern and offered no guidance. Instead, he quickly moved on to processing the payment for the oil change. Based on this experience, I will not be recommending this dealership’s auto service to anyone. More
