David Beifeld was like a breathe of fresh air after having bad experiences recently with two other non-Audi dealers! He was very responsive to all of my texts, emails and phone calls. When I met him having bad experiences recently with two other non-Audi dealers! He was very responsive to all of my texts, emails and phone calls. When I met him in person (after driving 2 hours to get there), he was very warm, welcoming and funny as xxxx. He even came outside to meet us in the parking lot. Prior to taking a test drive and eventually purchasing the car, he throughly explained the car’s dynamic technology. He even followed up with me a few days after purchase to see how I was doing with the new car! I would definitely purchase another Audi from David! Demery Hanna, the Finance guru was also extraordinary! There were a lot of papers to sign but she explained everything thoroughly and did not rush us! She made our car buying experience truly a pleasure!!! We also stopped by Leo Sams’ office, the General Sales Manager, to comment on David and Demery’s excellent service. I asked about a scratch on the vehicle that wasn’t visible in pictures provided before I made the trip. I was dismissively told “it’s a 2017, it’s gonna have scratches” I expected a better experience. I will say my experience with Finance was amazing. More
