Audi Devon pulled one on me on a pre-owned vehicle. I wasn’t buying a 80,000 dollar car so They didn’t address problems the car had. David Beifeld was like a breathe of fresh air after having bad experiences recently with two other non-Audi dealers! He was very responsive to all of my texts, emails and phone calls. When I met him having bad experiences recently with two other non-Audi dealers! He was very responsive to all of my texts, emails and phone calls. When I met him in person (after driving 2 hours to get there), he was very warm, welcoming and funny as xxxx. He even came outside to meet us in the parking lot. Prior to taking a test drive and eventually purchasing the car, he throughly explained the car’s dynamic technology. He even followed up with me a few days after purchase to see how I was doing with the new car! I would definitely purchase another Audi from David! Demery Hanna, the Finance guru was also extraordinary! There were a lot of papers to sign but she explained everything thoroughly and did not rush us! She made our car buying experience truly a pleasure!!! We also stopped by Leo Sams’ office, the General Sales Manager, to comment on David and Demery’s excellent service. He too was very warm and welcoming! This dealership is A1!!!! They should teach a class on customer service! More

Audi Devon treats people like people, I know that's a low bar but it crazy how many dealers miss it. I never expected to drive 5 hours to complete a transaction and have a car delivered to me that hadn’t been cleaned and detailed. The vehicle was full of dirt and pet dander from the previous owner transaction and have a car delivered to me that hadn’t been cleaned and detailed. The vehicle was full of dirt and pet dander from the previous owner. I’m allergic to pet dander. The vents were extremely dirty and full of I’m not sure what. I asked about a scratch on the vehicle that wasn’t visible in pictures provided before I made the trip. I was dismissively told “it’s a 2017, it’s gonna have scratches” I expected a better experience. I will say my experience with Finance was amazing. More
