Lackluster I was surprised and disappointed that with a scheduled visit the vehicle was dirty, the psgr window was inoperable from the driver's side, had a burnt I was surprised and disappointed that with a scheduled visit the vehicle was dirty, the psgr window was inoperable from the driver's side, had a burnt out inside bulb and when I opened the hood to checked the engine it was full of leafs. The salesman David was good and tried his best to remedy the situation but I felt it was too late. The same can not be said for the Mgr Frank he was rude and didn't show nor care to show willingness to work with me. I found Mr. Kopervos behavior very unprofessional, especially after driving for an hour 1/2 to look at the vehicle during a pandemic. Quite simply, if I had the extra time I would've had conducted my business some place else. But I had to settled because time was at a premium. I work very hard for my money and $17,000.00 (which I paid in full for the vehicle) doesn't come easily to me. More

Very bad customer service. More
