Second Experience Much Better Than The First Our first time visiting Audi, we were unimpressed. Our salesman took us for very short drives in the Q7, and the Q5, and finally the SQ5, which I lov Our first time visiting Audi, we were unimpressed. Our salesman took us for very short drives in the Q7, and the Q5, and finally the SQ5, which I loved. However, he did not show us any of the features, and again, the test drive was so short, I couldn't get a feel for the way it could drive. We left and went to look at the Mercedes GLC, the Porsche Macan S, and the Lexus RX 350. By far my favorite was the SQ5 that I drove, so we went back to the dealership to purchase the car. Karl informed us that the was a recall on the car, and wouldn't be able to sell it. I was so disappointed, but he was unable to offer any idea on when the car might be available. There was little to no followup. Finally, I reached out to him again, and we set up a time to come in and put a deposit on the car. We arrived at the dealership at the time we agreed, but he was with another client, and offered not even an acknowledgement of our presence. I told the receptionist (and am still amazed by this) that I have never seen anyone so uninterested in a client who was ready to write a check for a 55,000 car! That is when we were assigned to David, and all went smoothly from there. David took me on a long drive in the SQ5, including on the freeway so I could get a feel for the car's power. He showed me all of the features, and was overall great. David took my deposit, and called me within a couple of days to tell me exactly when the car would be available. I am happy to say that I have my new car, and LOVE it! Nathan was wonderful in helping me secure a portion of finance, and was a pleasure to work with. I am hoping that my initial experience was just a fluke, as I plan on servicing my car at Audi Devon. More

Fast, friendly service and lots of quiet area to work while Brought in my car, they have a great building and a fast service crew. Audi's seem to need have a lot of service needs overall, but they are very fast Brought in my car, they have a great building and a fast service crew. Audi's seem to need have a lot of service needs overall, but they are very fast at doing what needs to be done and treating you respectfully. So far so good at both dealers. Would recommend Audi vehicles if you are a serious driver that wants to get to your destination in better state of mind than when you left. More

Be careful- take detailed notes of everything they quote I have mixed feelings about this dealership. We started working with David for my new Audi A6. We agreed on a price, I signed a paper with an initial I have mixed feelings about this dealership. We started working with David for my new Audi A6. We agreed on a price, I signed a paper with an initial deposit. I was told my car have been found and it’s getting transported within 2 days. Of course - it did not, and I shared my displeasure with David. He immediately arranged for a loaner- which I was happy about. The day of purchase experience- we started going over the details with the finance team and they shared the price with me. The paper I signed had 15K miles prices listed on them but what finance told me that there was a mistake and that’s the price for 12K miles lease. While we were talking - David’s manager walked in - and instead of apologizing and owning up to the mistake, started to scream, was really disrespectful and told us that I was trying to cheat them. David jumped in and they left. We did buy the car but I wasn’t really happy with the experience. Also - a lot of numbers that David shared were different than what finance was telling us (for example he said it’s 15 cents per miles if we go over our allocated quota while finance told us it’s 25 cents). I really wish I could have recorded the whole incident. I thought Audi Wynnwood was bad and then I saw the true colors of some of these guys. So many of my company employees purchase car from this dealer and i’ve actually informed all the local employees to be careful about this dealer. More
