The team at Hyundai of Asheville…. from sales…to finance….to the service department…are all so professional in their job. I never dread having to bring in my truck…or my Son’s vehicle… from sales…to finance….to the service department…are all so professional in their job. More dealerships could learn a great lesson from this staff!! More

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic experience at Hyundai of Asheville. I was visiting from out of town when my Ioniq 5 started having an issue. Normally my husband handles car maintenance back home, so my girl Asheville. I was visiting from out of town when my Ioniq 5 started having an issue. Normally my husband handles car maintenance back home, so my girlfriend and I walked into the dealership on a Saturday morning not knowing what to expect. To my surprise, the team was incredible. Within an hour, they were able to diagnose and fix the problem, which allowed me to fully enjoy the rest of my weekend with friends instead of stressing about my car. A huge thank you to Amanda and David for being so kind, efficient, and helpful. They truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for their quick turnaround and professionalism. Highly recommend this dealership if you’re ever in the Asheville area! More

Service over the past 2 years of ownership has steadily improved and more consistent. I’ve had 2 service checks and one significant recall repair on a EV still under its 2 yr warranty which I would rate 5/ improved and more consistent.
