I use this Volvo dealership because it’s close to where I live. They are honest and help solve any issues I have with my Volvo but am disappointed that they only allow one Lfyt ride after I leave the car. Th live. I've been coming to Culver City Volvo since 2018 and the customer service has always been exceptional. Martin Munoz has been helping me service not one, but two, of my Volvo purchases over the last 7 years customer service has always been exceptional. Martin Munoz has been helping me service not one, but two, of my Volvo purchases over the last 7 years and has consistently gone above and beyond every single time. From regular maintenance to a full enginge rebuild on one of my cars, Martin has always been a great communicator, efficient with everything my vehicles have required and is always very upfront about costs. 2 Things bugged about this experience - was told the service would take 4 hours - took over 6 with no communication - I had to call & text - but the worst was no Lyft Service to my office 9.4 miles away service would take 4 hours - took over 6 with no communication - I had to call & text - but the worst was no Lyft Service to my office 9.4 miles away - strict 8 mile limit - when our Lexus gets serviced for more than 4 hours we get a loaner car - so it was beyond disappointing they did not make the Lyft exception for 1.4 miles - that is NOT luxury service More
