I use this Volvo dealership because it’s close to where I live. They are honest and help solve any issues I have with my Volvo but am disappointed that they only allow one Lfyt ride after I leave the car. Th live. 2 Things bugged about this experience - was told the service would take 4 hours - took over 6 with no communication - I had to call & text - but the worst was no Lyft Service to my office 9.4 miles away service would take 4 hours - took over 6 with no communication - I had to call & text - but the worst was no Lyft Service to my office 9.4 miles away - strict 8 mile limit - when our Lexus gets serviced for more than 4 hours we get a loaner car - so it was beyond disappointing they did not make the Lyft exception for 1.4 miles - that is NOT luxury service More
