Both David my service advisor and Mike the head of service went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I had just purchased a Volvo XC40 recharge. I drove it for 5 days and got an error message re service went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I had just purchased a Volvo XC40 recharge. I drove it for 5 days and got an error message requiring service. Mike immediately called me and out David in charge who ordered me a loaner vehicle while mine was repaired. Apparently the car needed a reboot. I hope it will be smooth sailing from now on! More
