I've been to dealers before where the employees were a little too friendly and empty words just seemed to roll off the tongue. That was NOT my experience at Wantagh Mazda. I felt that I could actually hear myself think. I'm a thinker and I need my time to think when I make a big decision or purchase. I was really pleased with my experience. More

My experience shopping at Wantagh Mazda was wonderful. David answered all necessary questions while also giving me the space I needed to make a decision in the time period that I wanted. Dealerships for the most part are the worst. You are lucky if you can get a decent salesman and then you go to the financial managers and that is usually like walking into the lions cage. David Chiari is a great person and excellent salesman and I would send family and friends to him. Next stop financial with Joe Stella and Kenny Davis. They were honest and direct which was refreshing. Dealerships should stop in and visit these gentlemen and take some pointers from them. I will return for another Mazda. More

I came to Wantagh Mazda after being put through the ringer at other car dealerships. When I finally decided on a Mazda I came here, my cousin recently leased from this dealership and recommended it hig ringer at other car dealerships. From the moment I walked in, I was treated very differently from the previous dealerships I visited. They really wanted to work to help me and did not play games which was appreciated. David Chiari was great, friendly and efficient. Everything I asked for, he made happen. No pressure and great customer service. Kenny Davis was a breathe of fresh air after dealing with the finance department at the other dealerships. He is truely on your side. I left there feeling confident (and not defeated) that I was getting everything I was looking for at a fair price. If only all dealerships could operate as honestly and with the customer truely in mind as this one. Needless to say, I was very happy with the experience from beginning to end and absolutely love my new Mazda CX-5! Thank you David and Kenny for being such a pleasure to work with. More

This was really a great experience. Had been to may other dealers-- including one other mazda dealer. Everyone was very professional -- nonpressuring and really were willng to work with me to get me e other dealers-- including one other mazda dealer. My husband and I leased a 2014 Mazda CX 5 touring, David made the entire experience pressure free. Honestly my husband and I have been looking for a new car on and off for a about a year and a half. We have made the entire experience pressure free. Honestly my husband and I have been looking for a new car on and off for a about a year and a half. We have been eye balling a few cars and went to other dealers but we walked away from many of them due to the high sales pressure and the xx sales employees would say. Wantagh Mazda does NOT do that at all there were no games played at all and David was excellent! Even after leasing our new car the next day (sunday) we noticed a big dent and scratches in an area on the car my husband immediately called and left a message for David, he returned our call the next business day and told us to bring the vehicle in. We did so and that is when Joe Stella got involved he was extremely tentative and apologetic. I was very concerned about other damage that may have been done to car that we did not know about and the dealer didn't either since car came from an offsite warehouse , but Joe kept reassuring me the car would be in perfect condition and even went as far as offering us an upgrade with remote start! Well we got car back yesterday and he was on the money, the car is PERFECT! Wantagh Mazda is great especially for putting up with my persistent phone calls and questions! Thank you David and Joe! We would definetly lease/buy another vehicle here in the future! More

I can't thank David Chiari and Joe Stella of Wantagh Mazda enough for helping me make my car purchase a pleasant experience in the end. I was torn between the CX5 and CX9, and they were very patient and Mazda enough for helping me make my car purchase a pleasant experience in the end. I was torn between the CX5 and CX9, and they were very patient and helpful in closing a deal that was hard to pass up. I have to say I had a meltdown about a final color choice at the last minute, and thank you to Kenny Davis who went above and beyond to take me through the lot in the freezing cold, and show me a couple of other options. Not exactly the way to start off a Monday morning, but he was very reassuring that I had made the right choice and that I would be completely satisfied with my final decision. I picked up my 3rd CX9 yesterday and I am totally thrilled. I have to say that they all lead me in the right direction, and I am very grateful. See you again .....Thank You!!!! More

The dealer reps were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was at the dealership 3x. The first time was to get info and pricing on multiple vehicles. Both Vin and Phil were helpful in assisting and answering questions. The second time I went for e test drive and made a commitment to the Mazda 6. The third time Dave helped me finalize all the paperwork and I drove away in my new 2014 Mazda 6. The entire process took no more than 2 hours with/at the dealer during my entire 3 stops and test drive. I was never pressured and was treated like I was family throughout the entire process. As soon as I was ready to commit, they made the final paperwork quick and painless. This has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have had buying/leasing a new car. This was not the first time dealing with Wantagh Mazda and certainly will not be the last. We have also recommended other friends and family to look at Mazda and many of them were just as happy when the purchased at Wantagh Mazda. More
