My husband and I leased a 2014 Mazda CX 5 touring, David made the entire experience pressure free. Honestly my husband and I have been looking for a new car on and off for a about a year and a half. We have made the entire experience pressure free. Honestly my husband and I have been looking for a new car on and off for a about a year and a half. We have been eye balling a few cars and went to other dealers but we walked away from many of them due to the high sales pressure and the BS sales employees would say. Wantagh Mazda does NOT do that at all there were no games played at all and David was excellent! Even after leasing our new car the next day (sunday) we noticed a big dent and scratches in an area on the car my husband immediately called and left a message for David, he returned our call the next business day and told us to bring the vehicle in. We did so and that is when Joe Stella got involved he was extremely tentative and apologetic. I was very concerned about other damage that may have been done to car that we did not know about and the dealer didn't either since car came from an offsite warehouse , but Joe kept reassuring me the car would be in perfect condition and even went as far as offering us an upgrade with remote start! Well we got car back yesterday and he was on the money, the car is PERFECT! Wantagh Mazda is great especially for putting up with my persistent phone calls and questions! Thank you David and Joe! We would definetly lease/buy another vehicle here in the future! More

I can't thank David Chiari and Joe Stella of Wantagh Mazda enough for helping me make my car purchase a pleasant experience in the end. I was torn between the CX5 and CX9, and they were very patient and Mazda enough for helping me make my car purchase a pleasant experience in the end. I was torn between the CX5 and CX9, and they were very patient and helpful in closing a deal that was hard to pass up. I have to say I had a meltdown about a final color choice at the last minute, and thank you to Kenny Davis who went above and beyond to take me through the lot in the freezing cold, and show me a couple of other options. Not exactly the way to start off a Monday morning, but he was very reassuring that I had made the right choice and that I would be completely satisfied with my final decision. I picked up my 3rd CX9 yesterday and I am totally thrilled. I have to say that they all lead me in the right direction, and I am very grateful. See you again .....Thank You!!!! More

The dealer reps were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was at the dealership 3x. The first time was to get info and pricing on multiple vehicles. Both Vin and Phil were helpful in assist and helpful. I was at the dealership 3x. The first time was to get info and pricing on multiple vehicles. Both Vin and Phil were helpful in assisting and answering questions. The second time I went for e test drive and made a commitment to the Mazda 6. The third time Dave helped me finalize all the paperwork and I drove away in my new 2014 Mazda 6. The entire process took no more than 2 hours with/at the dealer during my entire 3 stops and test drive. I was never pressured and was treated like I was family throughout the entire process. As soon as I was ready to commit, they made the final paperwork quick and painless. This has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have had buying/leasing a new car. This was not the first time dealing with Wantagh Mazda and certainly will not be the last. We have also recommended other friends and family to look at Mazda and many of them were just as happy when the purchased at Wantagh Mazda. More

Upon arrival Kenny took care of all our needs. I needed a car big enough to hold three grandchildren, and easy on my back. My husband wanted style (and the color red). Kenny suggested the CX5-Touring and we took it out for a ride, no questions asked. Sitting over coffee we made the decision to purchase - no pressure at all! Paperwork was handled with precision and ease, our car would be ready the next day! Talk about service! Next day was a snowstorm, Kenny called up and suggested we don't pick up due to icing. Upon arrival to pick up all I had to do was sign the final papers and off I go. Dave set in motion explaining my new car. Not an easy task for someone like me. He was attentive to all my many questions and didn't rush at all. He set up my bluetooth and even my radio stations! He assured me that I could come back anytime with any further questions. Kenny went above and beyond with listening to what we needed; and he came through! I love my new car! Thank you Kenny and Dave. More

We just purchased a new Mazda3 from this dealership and it was a thoroughly pleasurable experience. The salesman, David Chiari was most helpful, courteous and friendly. He explained the features of the different models we were interested in and the cost of each. We did a lot of research on the Mazda3 before we went to the dealership and David was able to meet our budget with what we feel was very competitive and fair pricing. David worked with me to obtain a price I could afford. In addition I received the exact car I was looking for quickly. Since this was my first car and the experience made me feel like a valued customer I was very excited to pick up my car. It was ready in less than 1 day and when I arrived it had a big red bow on it just like the commercial! I would recommend dealing with David because he will work with you as much as he can. I will be returning when it is time for another Mazda. I've had the car for 2 weeks and absolutely love it! Thank you so much David!!! More

from the time I walked in the mazda showroom I was treated with respect.
