This was my first vehicle purchase in 18 years and David Chiari made this a pleasure instead of the horror show that I feared it would be. I dealt with David Chiari - very friendly but everytime I called he never really had any answers to my questions. At the time I purchased a car, I asked for help regarding the features of the vehicle (i.e. called he never really had any answers to my questions. At the time I purchased a car, I asked for help regarding the features of the vehicle (i.e. stereo, conrols, etc) - he was rushing me through and not really interested in knowing that I understood. I had to come back a second time to get assistance. My experience with the dealership was not terrible, it was matter of fact, business - sign the papers, make the deal and leave - basically that was the overall motto. Just wish I had more personal attention - especially after purchasing the vehicle and not knowing how to use the functions in the car More

When we bought a CX9 from Wantagh Mazda 14 years ago we were impressed by the sales people. For 14 years we have been immensely happy with the service department. We were disappointed that we didn't get the same personal care we were accustomed to receiving so we returned to Wantagh. When we entered we were thrilled to receive the service we were accustomed to. The sales people (especially David Peter Chiari and Joseph Stella) are great. David helped us determine what features we wanted and helped us understand the new technology. We absolutely LOVE our new CX5 and we are confident that we will receive the same excellent service we have been getting for many years to come. More
