And guess what? I got exactly what I requested. I was treated like "royalty". I was given a car to drive to work in the morning while most of the paper work was done. When I returned after work, I sat with Judy and Cory Snyder, who handles the financing and the balance of the paper work might have taken an hour or so. Judy and Cory Snyder explained the best warranties as well as the "free" perks that Heritage offers. After that, Mark Putnam, the General Sales Manager came over and shook my hand and thanked me for coming in and verified that I was happy with my new car before I left the dealership. David Day sold me my very first car back in 2001 and every vehicle up to the current 2018 RAV4 has been sold/leased to me by David. He takes care of you from start to finish and checks in with you after the sale to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your new vehicle. My finance manager Renee Tyree was a pleasure to deal with as well. She did not pressure me into any features or options I did not want or need.
