I'm so glad I decided to stop at Courtesy CDJR since it was on the way. My experience here was beyond phenomenal. Mohammad Omar listened to what I was needing in a truck & made the match & Alissa in financing made the numbers work in my favor. The entire process from browsing to signing the papers was smooth sailing & efficient. There's such a strong stereotype about the vehicle buying process & Courtesy CDJR put that to rest REAL quick. Even the staff who were not directly involved in my sale were great. The atmosphere is very welcoming. I witnessed various scenarios of other customers & all were handled with respect & transparency.
