We bought our 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Lithia and he was our salesman! This man is a man of his word and that's harder and harder to come by anymore.. I had an issue with my display and Lithia wasn't wa was our salesman! This man is a man of his word and that's harder and harder to come by anymore.. I had an issue with my display and Lithia wasn't wanting to fix the problem, but wanted to put the blame on me. Fought for 2 months on it. I was looking for an upgrade to my 2020 Jeep Gladiator Sport, gas powered, to a 2022 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon EcoDiesel. Since i get my Sport serviced at Lithia Reno Jeep, im on their email for news and off Sport, gas powered, to a 2022 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon EcoDiesel. Since i get my Sport serviced at Lithia Reno Jeep, im on their email for news and offers, and just got a email saying all their Jeeps were priced at Invoice thru May 31, 2022. So i found a Rubicon i liked, and contacted them, and Sales Consultant David Dutcher took over, and we were like immediate friends and car nuts. Sadly the one i wanted was already sold, so David found me a similar one that was "in transit". After working the numbers, we all agreed to a mutual price for the Rubicon, and my Trade in. All went smooth, as David was always keeping me updated and in the loop, and when my new Jeep arrived, it was as expected, no surprises, and i was a happy camper. David took me to Colby Conine in Finance, but since this was a cash sale, Colby just discussed the Extended Warranties, and Protection Packages. As we were getting checked out to leave, David got with me in my new Jeep and went over a few items my old Jeep didnt have, and he helped me hook up my cell phone to the Jeep.
