In real life everything is never perfect and things happen. One that is overlooked is GM/Chevrolet. Their treatment to Dealers / Customers leaves a lot to be desired. They use options etc... on vehicle happen. One that is overlooked is GM/Chevrolet. Their treatment to Dealers / Customers leaves a lot to be desired. They use options etc... on vehicles that to cover their back say when parts are available and they use it to actually screw the customer giving them not what they were expecting. Some times it is caught other-times not. Did it go smooth for me no, but we worked it out and it was stuff that the dealer had no control on. Wi-Fi was the problem that drove me and 2 sales people crazy to fix....On Star was another road block in the issues too. George M., David E. deserve a gold star next to their names for not getting frustrated and trying without giving up. Me too...hee hee. And the big change to the dealership was Bryan Scarpellini, I knew that was our ace in the hole for help if we couldn't fix the situation ourselves. That in itself gave me a plan B for help. Super job Copeland Chevrolet. More
