I have had my service work done at this Dealership for several years. Everything is super top quality. I was born in nearby Portland, Oregon, and have lived in this area of Oregon my entire life. I am a graduate of Portland State University - the largest University in the fine State of Oregon. I would highly recommend (and have done so very often already) this Dealership to anyone. I was referred to Gladstone by one of my coworkers, after reaching out to Dave Elder for a few Rav 4 for my mother he found the exact car we had been looking for and offered a very good price on the car. Had some BAD experiences with a KIA dealership in Portland that I had previously thought highly of. Followed my wife's recommendation and drove to Toyota of Gladstone. I was a little wary at first (we wasted 3+ hours at the other dealership), but we spoke with Mr. Elder and he got us together with Sean Overton. We already knew what we wanted and narrowed our selection to two cars, and went with a Prius. I can't help but say that we are 100% satisfied with our purchase! What a great team! More

My wife and I had been looking for a new car for a few months, when we had Toyota of Gladstone recommended to us. We were put in touch with Mr. Duy Dang. We live in Northern California, so all communica months, when we had Toyota of Gladstone recommended to us. We were put in touch with Mr. Duy Dang. We live in Northern California, so all communication was done via email and phone. Duy was always extremely responsive, helpful, professional, and very patient with questions we had about the different vehicles, features, and package options. Duy came up with two very good options for us, and we chose a vehicle and began the purchase. We made preparations for me to fly up and pick up the new car and drive it back home. Duy picked me up at the airport, and took me to the dealership. Upon arrival at the dealership, I saw that my car was waiting on the showroom floor waiting for me and all paperwork was ready for my signature. Everything was completed in less than one hour, which was nothing less than amazing considering how painful the purchase process has been at other dealerships in the past. Duy made sure the vehicle was detailed with a full tank of gas. I was given a detailed walk through of all of the features on the vehicle and in depth service training, handed the keys and drove off the showroom floor. Duy followed up with phone calls and emails to not only make sure that we were happy with the purchase, but to make sure that I had arrived home safely. Customer service that truly goes above and beyond. This dealership which is managed by Mr. David Elder, is clean, fair, friendly, and customer service focused. The pride everyone has in their work and their dedication to their customers is nothing less than excellent. This is something that I have not found at other car dealerships in the past. I have been looking for a new vehicle for some time. I I have been looking for a new vehicle for some time. I have visited many Dealerships in my area but nothing to the caliber or professionalism I exper I have been looking for a new vehicle for some time. I have visited many Dealerships in my area but nothing to the caliber or professionalism I experienced at Toyota of Gladstone. I was put in touch with a sales person by the name of Mr. Duy Dang. I gave Mr. Dang the type and model of the vehicle I was looking for. Mr. Dang contacted me about 25 minutes later and had three vehicles that matched my search criteria. Mr Dang assisted me over the phone and made preparations for me to drive there and purchase the vehicle. I live in California and had to drive well over 12hours to get to this Dealership. I have never been to a Dealership and purchased a new vehicle without spending the day going back and forth with the sales staff. I arrived at Toyota of Gladstone around 8:30 in the morning and was met by Mr. Dang and the Manager Mr. David Elder. This was even before the Dealership was opened for business. I walked on the showroom floor and my vehicle was sitting on the showroom floor waiting for my purchase. I went in to the finance area and completed ALL of the financing paperwork in less than one hour!! No hassles, no games. When I came back out to the showroom floor, Duy had made sure my vehicle was detailed and filled my gas tank. Duy and the sales team showed me all of the features that were on my newly purchased vehicle. (This took longer than the financing) When I had completed the indepth in-service training, I was given the keys and drove my new vehicle off the showroom floor. Toyota of Gladstone has brought back an American concept of customer service that is not experienced in other Dealerships. I will NEVER go to another car dealership to buy another vehicle. Duy Dang's attention to detail and customer service dedication is far above the norm. The dealership is managed by Mr. David Elder. Mr. Elder has assembled a true winning team at Toyota of Gladstone! The teamwork and pride demonstrated at this Dealership is an absolute pleasurable experience. More
