Had an issue with the radio and GPS. Ciocca diagnosed the issue to be a module. The part came in and now came time to update software. Would not update. Had to get Ford Engineers involve Ciocca diagnosed the issue to be a module. The part came in and now came time to update software. Would not update. Had to get Ford Engineers involved. Thats where it all went bad. Ford Engineering is BRUTAL. My car was in shop for Seven weeks. Still not fixed. Ciocca gave me a loaner for the entire.time. I now have my car back with more issues than I started. Ford engineers recommended replacing another part. HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT TO COME IN... Can't wait.... PS. Thank God For Extended Warranties....
