Dylan even waited in the waiting room keeping my elderly mother company after the dealership had closed and we were completing our paperwork (Memorial Day). All of your staff checked in on my Mom in the waiting room. She loves cars and wanted to come along with us and your waiting room facilities are wonderful (drinks, food, TV, comfortable seating). She enjoyed the many conversations she had yesterday. Within an hour of driving off the lot our new BMW got a nail in the tire. We had to drive back from Anna Maria today and the dealership got us back in quickly, which meant a lot, as it's the only car we have right now and it's given us confidence going forward that we will be taken care of in just as good a fashion on the maintenance/ service side.
