With Hyundai I did not feel rushed to make a decision and I didn’t feel pressured to purchase in the moment. They were able to take my estimated financial situation (credit score, spending limit, monthly payment) and show me only vehicles that would work with me instead of something that would cause me potential hardship. Everyone I encountered was super nice and courteous! They made my experience so much better than I anticipated! More

Before a test drive we reviewed some of the new features in the latest 2019 models. Jim in finance went through the paper work real quick. In between Dave Frye reviewed the car details in the book, helped connect our phones to sync with the car, the various options on the navigation screen, walked us thru settings on the driver seat.
