Both Carrie and David did an awesome job at making sure I got what I wanted. Once they found the truck, there were a few minor issues with it (only 1 key, some minor dents, and a problem with the ignition). got what I wanted. Once they found the truck, there were a few minor issues with it (only 1 key, some minor dents, and a problem with the ignition). They went above and beyond to make sure it was all taken care of. They also set me up an appointment to have leather installed and the installer they set me up with was great to deal with. Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a truck (and I have bought many from many different dealers). Will definitely keep walt massey in mind next time as long as carrie or david are still there. More
